Google: “Stop Selling GMail Accounts”
According to the Inquirer, Google is not pleased with people selling coveted GMail accounts on eBay, among other places (though the value once around $80 has dropped to $5), so they have updated their “GMail service “Program Policies” in an apparent effort to prevent people from making money by selling the scarce accounts - and possibly invitations although that is not quite clear - of its already popular “free gigabyte” webmail service currently beta- testing.”
