We’re not really sure what the point is since there are ample free/open-source DVD software packages available for Linux, but the latest build of Turbolinux gives Turbolinux the honor of being the first Linux distribution to incorporate commercial DVD software.

The bigger news here is that a corporation who before now, was not providing software for the linux platform, is now doing so. The more corporate exposure (like it or not) that Linux gets, the more of a chance Linux as an OS has in the mainstream marketplace.
