New iPods in Stores
While most Apple products don’t make it to store shelves until a at least a month after being announced, the new iPods have become an exception. Check out one lucky consumer’s pictures of his new iPod and the new packaging here.
Update: We visited our local apple store tonight to see the new iPod on display. To be honest, it looks cheaper. We understand that it is cheaper, but having that appearance is not a good thing - especially for something with the Apple name on it. If we were going to purchase an iPod, we’d go with the 3rd generation - though there’s always that lingering Apple user fear that new features will not be implemented in older models.
On the other hand, the new Apple Cinema display’s look outstanding.

I like how the article uses the wiPod screenshot from Bay Area Free WiFi at BayAreaFreeFi.com.
But since you’ve already covered the wiPod, iPod based Free Wi-Fi locator, I’ll spare you the news.
