Rmail - RSS via Email
For anyone who spends a lot of time with email devices such as the Blackberry, where using the Web or an RSS feed reader is cumbersome, enter Rmail. Rmail lets you subscribe to RSS feeds, and will email you the content of your subscriptions when it is available. One interesting feature which is in development with the folks over at Rmail is the ability to subscribe via OPML. I can see this Rmail being useful for one or two feeds, which you just can’t live without when you only have email access, but anything more than that, like your entire OPML list, I’d have to recommend a proper feed reader.
Note: The RMail creators refuse to support feed://, so if you’re copying an RSS URL from a web browser which uses this it will not work.

It’s going to get increasingly interesting how and when people decide to get information from email or syndication feeds.
My current project (http://www.feed-mail.com) is approaching this from almost the exact opposite direction, in that we think it might be possible to ditch email in favor of 1 to 1 RSS based communications.
Also, if someone is on a Blackberry they might want to check out FeedBurner’s Mobile Feedreader at http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/mfr.
Thanks,
