Google Personalized Search: Walking that Fine Line

There hasn’t been much buzz around this on the blogosphere that we’ve paid attention to, so we were a little surprised to see our Google queries for the past few days stored to the level of detail where Google even showed us which items we searched on and then did not click on any of the results. Google Personalized Search is an interesting walk along a fine line of privacy vs. ease of tracing back your own searches. It is definitely something to check out - and yes, you can turn it off if you desire. Also interesting, if you are a Safari user, using Safari’s private browsing will stop Google Personalized Search from capturing your search history.
